Pooling system
Bearhug's pooling system enables reusable wraps to be transferred across whole supply chains, or within specific supply chain segments (e.g. DC to retailer routes). Our pooling system involves:
- Users transferring wrap ownership via our pooling software
- Bearhug facilitating the return of wraps on one-way routes
- Bearhug managing the cleaning and repair of wraps at service centres

Repairs
Repairs are included in Bearhug's 2 year warranty, unless damage results from negligent use. After the 2 year warranty, repairs are charged to the customers depending on the level of damage.
Cleaning
Bearhug does provide physical frames for wraps to be manually washed, but for food-grade sanitiation we can connect you with the right service partner to achieve this.
